First Responders Appreciation Lunch

First Responder Luncheon 

For years, National First Responder Appreciation Day has fallen at the end of October as a special day to show appreciation and pay respects for all first responders, including firefighters, paramedics, and more. This year, to celebrate National First Responder Appreciation Day, Williamson Health and Wellness Center is partnering with the Mingo County Health Department to host a First Responders Luncheon 

The First Responders Luncheon will offer a free barbeque lunch to all first responders, as well as counseling services, care packages, COVID vaccines, free NARCAN and training, and more.
