Larry Jack New, Jarrod Fletcher, and Tim McNamee are bringing the best Italian food possible to the area with their new restaurant, 3 Guys Pizza & Brew. “We want people to have the opportunity to experience Italian dishes the way they were meant to be,” says Larry.
The trio originally purchased the building located at 210 Harvey Street in downtown Williamson for a different business, which didn’t work out. After that, they contemplated doing a food truck, but decided to go ahead and make it a restaurant instead. “The location was excellent, and it was an opportunity to bring more jobs and a new eatery for the town,” Larry says.
Starting Simple
The menu started out very simple– with pizza only. Now, they have expanded it to sandwiches, pasta dishes, appetizers, salads, and dessert while adding their own personal favorites too. They also offer feature specials that you don’t often see at restaurants in the area. “We like to offer things that are exotic or only obtainable in a larger city, but offered here at a lower price.”
For all three men, the folks in the area are the best part about owning 3 Guys. “The people are our favorite thing about owning the restaurant,” Larry says. “There is nothing more rewarding than the smiles on people’s faces when they enjoy your food or the atmosphere that has been created.”
