For years, the Williamson Spookfest has brought some family-friendly Halloween fun to the folks in and around Williamson. This event brings together vendors, activities, and other Halloween fun for everyone to enjoy– while in their best costume, of course! (That is, if you want. No costumes are required to enjoy the festivities at Spookfest.)
One of the activities at this year’s Spookfest is a costume contest. The contest has a variety of categories, so folks of all ages are free to participate. Age categories are 0-3 years, 4-7 years, 8-12 years, 13-17 years, and 18+.
Spookfest will, as always, feature some great vendors, with a variety of local businesses and creatives coming out to share their works with the community! Food will also be available, so be sure to come ready to eat!
Spookfest 2023 will also feature trick or treating for the kids, a pumpkin carving contest, a DJ, and more! Organizers are also proud to say that this year’s Spookfest will feature some new entertainment for attendees: a fire performance!
Spookfest 2023 is free and open to the whole community. The event will take place at the Williamson Field House on Saturday, October 21 at 5pm. Have a good and scary time, and don’t forget the candy!
